Learning outcomes :
Knowledge
1- To describe the jurisprudential rulings of Nawazul in an accurate and detailed manner.
2- Explain jurisprudential terminology, its changes and new developments, the differences between them, and their impact on rulings.
3) Proficiently describe the scientific method of ijtihad, fatwa, and textual analysis and their impact on jurisprudential rulings.
4- To know the Sharia rulings on which the work has been settled in the fatwa and judiciary in the Kingdom.

1- To derive jurisprudential rulings for contemporary issues with depth and proficiency.
2- Analyze jurisprudential texts and terminology with mastery and accuracy.
3- To compare jurisprudential opinions, theories, and approaches with knowledge and fairness.
