Master of Systems
Description:
The Master of Laws program is 62 teaching hours in which the student studies public law courses and private law courses in depth according to the laws issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comparative laws, and the graduate of the program has legal skills in investigations, pleading and defending before the courts and all legal work and preparing legal research.

Knowledge and understanding
1) In-depth knowledge of basic and advanced legal principles and theories in the main branches of law, with an emphasis on national and international contexts.
2. Demonstrates accurate knowledge and understanding of legal processes and procedures, statutory materials, legal techniques and terminology, based on developments, in light of legal and professional contexts
3- Demonstrate specialized legal research methods, including methods of inquiry, analysis, and jurisprudential reasoning, to be employed in the study of complex legal issues in the context of specialization or professional practice.
Skills
1- Applies specialized legal theories, principles, and concepts in advanced contexts to solve complex legal issues using advanced analytical tools, while expressing an opinion.
2- Critically evaluates key legal concepts, principles, and theories, offering creative legal solutions to address legal issues in the contexts of specialization or practice.
3- Uses appropriate modern digital technology applications to process and analyze legal data in complex legislative and institutional contexts, and adapts them to support and promote legal research and professional projects.
4- Conducts advanced research or professional projects using specialized legal research methods and in-depth investigative methodologies to address issues in areas of specialization or professional practice
