Description:
One of the graduate studies programs at the College of Shari`ah, Department of Jurisprudence, was established to meet the current and future needs of the department for specialists in the field of comparative jurisprudence. The program was established to meet the current and future needs of the department for specialists in the field of comparative jurisprudence and to allow outstanding male and female students to complete their postgraduate studies in the field of comparative jurisprudence in a program that takes into account the new developments in jurisprudence and the mechanism of dealing with a scientific methodological vision and a comprehensive view of jurisprudence that meets the needs of various institutions for these graduates.
