Doctor of Jurisprudence
Description:
The Doctor of Jurisprudence program was established in 1436/2015 AD, and is considered one of the graduate studies programs at the Department of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence at the College of Sharia. The program accepts male and female students in accordance with the regulations governing graduate studies and their executive rules at Qassim University, in addition to the decisions issued by the University Council in this regard, and the Doctor of Jurisprudence program contributes to the achievement of knowledge growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by developing knowledge and raising the efficiency of graduates at the local and regional level and linking it to the requirements of the labor market in Saudi society in line with its traditions and customs.

1- Defines a deep specialized set of knowledge and theories related to the discipline of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence in which the fields of specialization are integrated to create new and pioneering knowledge.
2- Interprets concepts and understands various fundamentalist processes, techniques, practices, and terminology based on systematic knowledge related to emerging issues and challenges.
3- Describes advanced knowledge of conducting original research and scholarly activities that contribute to the development of the fields of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence.
Skills:
1- . Applies leading fundamentalist theories, principles, and concepts in highly complex contexts, disseminating original knowledge and new insights and employing them in a variety of communication methods with peers and specialized groups.
2-. Develops creative and innovative solutions to emerging fundamentalist issues and concerns in highly complex contexts, utilizing advanced technologies.
3- . Develops advanced research methods in Fundamentals of Jurisprudence and early fundamentalist research projects, using digital analytical tools and applications in processing and interpreting quantitative data to advance the discipline.
