In 1429 A.H., the Royal Approval was issued to establish the College of Education at Qassim University, to include seven departments, namely: Curriculum and Teaching Methods - Fundamentals of Education - Educational Techniques - Special Education - Psychology - Basic Education - Kindergarten.

Mission
Preparing educational competencies equipped with advanced academic education and high professional culture that are competitive in the labor market. Providing community services and applied research that contribute to the advancement of the local community, using advanced administrative, technical and informational methods.
Objectives
1. Providing distinguished education to contribute to the preparation and training of human cadres, including teachers and graduates, to qualify them scientifically, culturally and professionally to carry out teaching tasks in general education, educational work, and in the field of education for people with special needs, with its various specializations.
2. Developing scientific research and postgraduate studies in the psychological and educational fields, to improve the quality of outputs and meet the needs of society.
3. Establishing relations and partnership with Saudi and Arab community organizations by holding lectures, courses, seminars and conferences related to the educational process and issues of Saudi society.
4. Continuous development and improvement of the college's academic, administrative and educational organization.
5. Contribute to building an environment for an integrated learning community, characterized by creativity, excellence, and positive interaction, inside or outside the college.
