Overview
The Intellectual Awareness Unit at Qassim University represents a fundamental pillar in achieving the university's mission aimed at building intellectually balanced personalities. Its establishment was based on the Royal Order No. (27526) dated 21 Jumada al-Thani 1436 AH. The unit contributes to strengthening loyalty to religion, then to the King and the homeland, spreading the values of moderation, tolerance, and confronting extremism and decadence.
Vision
A intellectually safe learning environment, and innovation of qualitative initiatives to spread positive values and counter extremist ideas.
Mission
Providing awareness programs, consultations, and scientific research that promote sound doctrine, a moderate approach, and support values of loyalty and belonging to the nation, positive interaction with different cultures within the university and societal environments, and address the causes of extremism and intellectual deviation.
Objectives
Intellectual Awareness Unit Objectives:

Deepen intellectual awareness committed to the correct creed and the moderate approach.
