The Business Continuity Unit at Qassim University is concerned with enhancing the university's readiness to face risks, crises, and operational disruptions, and ensuring the efficient and effective continuity of vital services and operations, thereby supporting the achievement of the university's goals and the sustainability of its digital, administrative, and academic services. The unit works on developing and implementing a business continuity management system in accordance with best international practices and standards, including preparing plans and procedures, conducting business impact analysis, assessing risks, and raising the level of readiness, response, and recovery, in line with the requirements of the Digital Government Authority and relevant international standards such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 22301 standard.
