The purpose of a Service Level Agreement
Establishing a timeframe for all services provided by Qassim University, clarifying them for beneficiaries, and determining a procedure for escalation if a service is not completed within the specified time.
Scope of Service
Service requests are studied after all necessary information and requirements are available for service implementation within the time agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement. Please note that this time does not include the completion of deficiencies if the client has not provided all the required information, nor does it include the time taken to process requests by a third party, such as other government agencies, if the nature of the requests so requires.
Terms and Conditions
Agreement Term: The Service Level Agreement remains in effect from the date of its publication on the website.
Agreement Execution Times: Services performed immediately are executed all week and at any time. Services performed during business days are executed during official business hours from Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
