His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Qassim, in the presence of His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Faisal bin Saad, Deputy Emir of the region, launched the national initiative in the field of research, development and innovation, when he received at his office the President of Qassim University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharekh, and a number of university officials.

His Highness blessed the launch of this qualitative initiative implemented by the university, praising its objectives aimed at promoting scientific research and supporting studies related to national identity and developmental renaissance.

With the 95th National Day celebrations, we emphasize pride in the roots of national identity and inspiration from the values of the founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, who laid the foundations of the blessed renaissance.

The initiative aims to enable researchers to provide qualitative studies that contribute to consolidating Islamic values, strengthening national identity, and shedding light on the developmental transformations taking place in the Kingdom in light of Saudi Vision 2030, which represents a roadmap towards a prosperous nation and an integrated society.

The initiative focuses on three main axes, the first axis: A society vibrant with values and national belonging, the second axis: A comprehensive developmental renaissance based on the legacy of the founder and the aspirations of the vision, and the third axis: A participatory and responsible society that contributes to building the future.
