Qassim University offers university transportation services for female students, via buses that depart from designated meeting points in several residential neighborhoods in the cities and governorates of the region, to transport them to the university's main campus and its branches.
This service aims to facilitate students' transportation, ensure their comfort and safety, and thereby enhance their university experience and provide a supportive learning environment.

This service is exclusively for university students registered in its academic system.
• Assembly points have been identified to maximize seating, facilitate movement, and minimize travel time.
• If the number of female students in a specific center or area decreases, it will be merged with the nearest suitable point.
Registration for the service opens during specific periods announced by the General Department of Transportation on this page and the university's official account on the X platform.
• Beneficiaries can view a comprehensive map of all assembly points, which is updated periodically.

To ensure your comfort and safety, please adhere to the following instructions:
Adherence to pick-up and drop-off times at assembly points, as buses operate on a fixed schedule.
2. Phone contact with the driver or supervisors is not permitted, as all departure and arrival locations are predetermined with fixed schedules.
The bus departs when all seats are filled, so please arrive on time to secure your seat.
4. Transportation is entirely free, and no payments are to be made to anyone.
5. In case of any issue requiring direct communication, it will be done through the female supervisors in the college or the bus supervisors in the transportation department.
6. The bus is considered part of the college's facilities and is therefore subject to all university instructions and regulations.
7. The bus is monitored by cameras for everyone's safety.
8. Photography inside the bus is prohibited and is a violation of regulations.
9. Maintain cleanliness and quiet inside the bus, and be careful not to raise your voice to ensure the comfort of all students.
10. It is prohibited to create groups or special transportation groups in the name of the university on social media. The official approved channels for communication are sufficient.
11. A code (barcode) is provided inside the bus, which allows for easily submitting suggestions, inquiries, or complaints.
