A new interior design for Qassim University's lobby features blue chairs and round tables, with a large gold light fixture and accents of greenery, making it an ideal place for investment management meetings. A wooden staircase with a glass partition and a floor-to-ceiling fabric window with colorful accents adorn the scene. The Saudi official bisht with shemagh or ghutra and headband is fully present, reflecting national heritage and identity in a creative and upscale environment.

The General Administration for Investment and Endowments was established by a decision from His Excellency the President of the University in 2018, to be empowered and capable of managing investments in a way that contributes to increasing revenues through the development and investment of university-affiliated sites, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
