Overview
The Strategic Planning Department was established to contribute to empowering the university to achieve its vision and strategic goals through direct supervision of the development, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation of strategic plans. This is to ensure that the plan achieves high levels of performance and productivity in all areas, builds and maintains the university's competitive advantages, consolidates its academic, research, and service identity, enhances its capabilities and capacities, develops its self-generated resources, and applies the highest local and international quality standards in educational, research, service, administrative, technical, and informational fields. This includes providing consultative assistance to the university's subordinate units in developing their strategic plans according to the highest standards.
