Our graduating sons and daughters, Congratulations on your graduation! To complete your joy and ensure the ceremony goes smoothly, please adhere to the following instructions:

Graduating Student Attendance Guidelines

  • The ceremony is for students graduating from the first semester of the year 1447 AH (2025), those expected to graduate in the second semester of the year 1447 AH (2026), and graduates from the last summer semester (2023).
  • The graduation ceremony for all university graduates will be held in the lobby of the main building at the university city on Tuesday, 22 Sha'aban 1447 AH (February 10, 2026) at exactly 10:30 AM.
  • Each graduate receives 3 electronic invitations (one for the graduate, and one for parents or guardians).
  • Guest arrival begins at 8:00 AM, and the gates close at 10:00 AM.
  • The entrance for graduates and the procession will be through the Sharia College gate. (Graduate students will be denied entry from other gates).
 

Graduation March Instructions for Students

  • The rally's meeting point: In the courtyard of the Faculty of Sharia.
  • Check-in time: From 8:00 a.m.
  • Present your graduation invitation card during the screening process at the Faculty of Sharia gate.
  • Rehearsal: Will be held at 9:00 AM on the day of the performance. (Students will not be allowed to enter the parade assembly area after the rehearsal)
  • Required uniform: Thobe, shemagh or ghutra, and a graduation formal bisht.
  • One must adhere to the path and not deviate from the designated course.
  • Graduate studies and honors preparation will close at nine o'clock, God willing.
    (Preparation only for postgraduate studies and first and second honors degrees).

Graduating Student Attendance Guidelines

  • The ceremony is for female students who graduated in the summer semester of 1446 AH (2021), the first semester of the academic year 1447 AH (2022), and those expected to graduate in the second semester of the academic year 1447 AH (2022).
  • The graduation ceremony for all female graduates of the university will be held in the lobby of the main building on the university campus from Wednesday through Friday, 23–25 Sha‘ban 1447 AH (February 11–13, 2026 CE), at 5:30 p.m., God willing.
  • You can obtain two electronic invitations (one for you and one for your mother or her representative). Please note that each invitation’s barcode can only be used once, and you must present your student ID or national ID upon entry.
  • The invited guests' arrival begins at 4:00 PM, and the gates will close at 5:30 PM.
  • The unified login portal for female graduates via the College of Science, the College of Agriculture and Food, and the College of Veterinary Medicine.
  • Graduates must present their invitation card during the screening process at the entrance to the College of Sciences, the College of Agriculture and Food Sciences, and the College of Veterinary Medicine.

Graduation March Instructions for Female Students

  • The assembly point for the march is in the lobby of the College of Sharia and Graduate Studies, in Hall (A).
  • Attendance at the headquarters begins at 4:00 PM.
  • Please stay on the designated route and do not stray from it. A rehearsal for the parade will be held at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event. Any student who fails to attend the rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the parade.
  • Adherence to dress code regulations, rules of conduct, and student discipline at Qassim University. Those who violate these will be prohibited from participating in the commencement ceremony.
  • Adherence to wearing the official university graduate's gown, and bringing the certificate and the sash for first-class honors, and the sash for second-class honors.
  • Wear comfortable shoes for the entire walk, keeping in mind that you will need to go down a flight of stairs in the lobby at one point.
  • Very Important Notice: The use of cameras or photography is strictly prohibited. Attempting to take photos or violating the privacy of others will ruin your graduation experience, and any devices used for this purpose will be confiscated. Additionally, the photographer may face legal consequences.
    (The penalty stipulated by law is up to one year imprisonment, a fine of five hundred thousand riyals, or both.)

Gates and Parking

 

Adhere to designated entrances and parking.

Upon arrival from the parking lots, the shuttle team will give them a colored sticker to indicate their parking spot upon exit.

When leaving the venue, concertgoers can walk to the parking lots or opt to ride shuttle buses. They will be dropped off near their parking spot based on their sticker color.
