A bilingual academic recommendation template in Arabic and English, intended for students wishing to pursue their graduate studies in Master's or Ph.D. programs. The template aims to present a comprehensive view of the student from an academic, scientific, research, and personal perspective, helping the receiving institution understand their capabilities and readiness for higher education. The template includes the student's basic information, such as name, faculty, major, graduation year, GPA, and the target program and specialization they wish to join. It also allows the recommending professor to evaluate a set of aspects and skills using a graded scale that includes: Excellent, Above Average, Average, Below Average, and Insufficient Information to Judge. The evaluation criteria include academic achievement, ability to express ideas, initiative, critical thinking, receptiveness to criticism, research planning, sense of responsibility, research skills, foreign language proficiency, and general knowledge. The template also includes the recommender's information and academic rank, in addition to the signature and the date the recommendation was issued. Furthermore, it includes official authentication of the signature with the institution's seal, which enhances the official nature of the recommendation and confirms its endorsement by the competent authority. The template serves as an organized means to document the professor's evaluation of the student and highlight aspects of their excellence and readiness to continue academic and research studies at the graduate level.
