Enabling Qassim University staff to create and use the electronic survey system efficiently, providing an easy-to-use reference that explains all steps of the process, facilitating the collection of beneficiary opinions and feedback in organized and reliable ways, and promoting the use of modern technologies at the university for continuous evaluation and improvement.

Key themes:

▪ Step 1 – Create a new questionnaire: Log in and click “Create a new survey”, fill in the basic survey details (title, description, welcome message, closing), then save and close.

Step Two – Prepare Question Sets: Choosing the question display method (question by question or a group of questions together), adding new groups, naming groups, and adding a description for each.

Third step – adding questions: Add questions to groups using the (+) symbol, fill in the question number and the question itself, specify the question type and general options (required/optional), reorder questions using the Question Organizer.

Step 4 – Activate the questionnaire: Click “Activate this survey” after completing the survey build, review necessary alerts and settings, then save and officially activate the survey.

Step 5 – Extracting Data and Statistics: Click on Statistics after closing the survey, select “Export mode” and the appropriate data format (HTML, PDF, Excel), define the required questions, and display the statistics.
