UQU President receives the Director of the Tourism and National Heritage Branch in the region

His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood received in his office on Wednesday morning, corresponding to 25/12/1439 AH, His Excellency Professor Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Mushaigih, Director of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage Branch in the region, to discuss a number of topics of interest to the tourism sector, enhancing cooperation between the two parties in the field of tourism development and promotion, and ways to preserve national heritage in the Qassim region.
 
During the meeting, Al-Dawood praised the efforts of the branch of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in the region for all that it does in preserving and caring for antiquities. He stressed that interest in tourism and antiquities is the hallmark of advanced nations, due to its importance in connecting the present and future in all fields with the nobility and authenticity of the past of this nation, which has its roots deep in history.
