The activities of the "Summer Club" were launched yesterday afternoon, Sunday, 17/10/1439 A.H., which will continue for 30 days in the gymnasium with the participation of elementary, middle and high school students, as the club's activities aim to achieve maximum benefit for the students and use the summer vacation time with useful and entertaining programs.
The club provides beneficiaries with many activities in various fields, including cultural activities that include several competitions and developmental courses, most notably the competition to memorize the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah, in addition to many training courses for youth in several fields, including a course on preparing for university life for high school students, a course in basic English language skills, and sports activities such as football, floor tennis, futsal league, table tennis, bowling, and other summer activities.
The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Aqlaa, stressed that the university's belief in its social role towards activating the energies of all youth groups resulted in the first edition of the university's summer club to provide all the necessary activities to invest these energies during the summer vacation.
He added that the club has divided the activities among the youth according to age, adding that the club is characterized by the presence of distinctive cultural and social activities, in addition to the sports hall, which has an integrated iron hall, sports equipment and the contents of sports games such as bowling, billiards, tennis and others to serve the youth, wishing success and success for this club and the benefit of its users.
