The University announced the opening of admission and registration for male and female high school graduates wishing to enroll in one of its colleges for the new academic year 1439/1440 AH, for the bachelor's level, starting from tomorrow, Monday, 11/10/1439 AH until Saturday, 16/10/1439 AH, through the university's website, where the university has made available all application information for various colleges and the method of registration and admission through its website.
Dr. Fahad Al-Ahmad, Dean of the Deanship of Admission and Registration at the university, confirmed that the application is done electronically without any human intervention, according to the weighted and equivalent ratios, and according to the available seats in each specialization, where any applicant has the right to raise an objection or grievance after the end of the registration period, indicating that the university offers this year more than 70 majors in its various branches spread in the governorates of the Qassim region.
Al-Ahmad pointed out that the university has allowed female students to apply to one of the university's colleges in their city or governorate only, except for specializations that are not available in that governorate, where every student has the right to apply even if she is outside her governorate or city.
Al-Ahmad explained that the admission requirements include obtaining a high school diploma that must not be more than three years old, in addition to passing the general abilities test and the achievement test, passing any test or personal interview required by the department to be applied for, as well as approval to study for those who work in any government or private organization, and the student must not have been dismissed from Qassim University or any other university with a disciplinary dismissal.
Al-Ahmad wished the new male and female students success and that they will be able to enroll in the specialty and college they desire, praying to Allah Almighty to make them an asset to the university and the country in the future.
