The College of Pharmacy organizes the First International Conference on Clinical Pharmacy at King Khalid Civilization Center in Buraydah

The College of Pharmacy at the University will hold the first international conference for clinical pharmacy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 26/4/1436H to 28/4/1436H (February 15-17, 2015) under the slogan (Clinical Pharmacy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Education to Practice) at King Khalid Civilization Center in Buraydah.
This was stated by Dr. Mansour bin Saleh Al-Sharida, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, who pointed out that this conference is considered the first in the field of clinical pharmacy and is characterized by being a distinguished and refereed scientific conference by a distinguished and leading group of pharmacists and faculty members from various hospitals, public universities and health reference specialized in the field of clinical pharmacy, pointing out that the research accepted in the conference will be given priority in publishing in the Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal, indicating that the conference includes a leading group of international and local speakers who will work to provide an integrated scientific program of workshops and lectures.
He also mentioned that the conference is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties with 30 hours of continuing medical education. He also mentioned that the scientific program of the conference has been coordinated and prepared in cooperation with the American Pharmaceutical Association, the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and the British Society of Clinical Pharmacy, with the participation of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Association, and there will be an accompanying exhibition, and that the target groups are: (pharmacists - pharmacy students - faculty members of pharmacy colleges - health care professionals)
He hoped that the conference will enjoy wide participation from all target groups and interested parties and that this conference will achieve the objectives for which it was held, and extended his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of Al-Qassim University for his approval and support for the establishment of this conference.
