University Signs Memorandum of Understanding with STC Group

His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Fahad Al-Sharekh, and His Excellency the CEO of stc Group, Engineer Alian bin Mohammed Al-Watid, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the University and stc Group to promote innovation, develop digital and analytical capabilities in the field of information and communication technology, cooperate in the fields of innovative digital solutions, enrich the community, and build the skills and capabilities of Saudi competencies in these fields.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency the UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Waleed bin Saleh Al-Battah, and His Excellency the Director General of the Professional Development Center at stc Academy, Dr. Hussein bin Ali Al-Mahasna, in Riyadh.

The memorandum includes several areas of cooperation, including: Scientific research, enabling faculty members and researchers to implement joint digital projects, cooperation in offering postgraduate programs, postgraduate diplomas, diplomas and professional certificates, according to the available capabilities, in addition to cooperation in the fields of innovation and the development of joint projects between the two parties, as well as supporting training and development, innovative activities, and holding competitions and hackathons.
