His Excellency the President of the University opened the accompanying exhibition, which highlighted the history of the Arabic language, the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in caring for the Arabic language, and the role of the university in serving the Arabic language sciences, in addition to reviewing a number of scientific and research activities and student projects, through a scientific exhibition that included 10 corners that included a corner about the King Salman International Center for the Arabic Language, a corner for the university and college, a corner for prominent national leaders who contributed to enriching the language with knowledge, writings, and translations, a corner for non-Arabic speakers, corners for calligraphy, competitions, posters, free book distribution, brochures, and pamphlets about the Arabic language.

The college also held a lecture entitled: "Arabic: Its Contemporary Reality and Role in Identity and Development", which reviewed the reality of the Arabic language in the contemporary civilization, the most important features of the language's renaissance, the challenges it faces, and its relationship with human and social identity, in the presence of a number of faculty members, students, and male and female students.
