His Excellency listened to a presentation on the impact of digital transformation at the university presented by Prof. Saleh Al-Bahli, Dean of the Deanship of E-Learning and Information Technology. The presentation included the Qassim map with infrastructure, digital services at the university, digital maturity, digital strategic plan, transformation in the beneficiary experience, emerging technologies and innovative solutions in e-learning, and your digital advisor.

 

His Excellency the Governor also visited the Innovation Lab and toured its facilities, learned about the journey of an innovator and entrepreneur at the university, learned about the outputs of the university's innovation system, and witnessed a presentation on the Metaverse.

 

His Excellency the Governor of the Digital Government Authority praised the university's achievements in terms of digital transformation in the Kingdom, its first place in the education and training sector for two consecutive years, and its achievement of the innovation stage in measuring the digital transformation of government agencies. His Excellency was briefed on the university's efforts in this field, which resulted in obtaining a number of other awards, praising the outputs of the innovation system through the student projects that were presented, asking God to grant them success and prosperity.
