Auction announcement

The University, represented by the University Equipment and Warehouses Department, announces the auctioning of a number of cars. It will start on Sunday, 11/11/1445 AH, immediately after the afternoon prayer and will continue until the end of the auction. This is according to the following conditions: 1- The sale of a number of cars (54) shall be through public auction. 2- The auction process takes place at the headquarters of the Equipment and Warehouses Department at the main headquarters of the university. 3- The auctioned cars will be sold in their current condition. 4- The original valid national ID must be brought, and if the delegate is present, a legal proxy must be attached. 5- Value Added Tax (15 %) shall be borne by the buyer. 6- When the car auction is awarded to the buyer, he pays a cash deposit of (1000) thousand riyals to the treasurer as well as the value of the quest (2.5%). 7- The buyer shall complete the purchase amount within two working days and deliver it to the cashier. 8- The sold car will not be delivered to the buyer until after the transfer of ownership and bringing the ownership transfer form (Brent) after the transfer to the Equipment and Warehouses Department, and that the review is one week after the sale. 9- The sold car will be removed from the site within (15) days. 10- The car that remains after being sold for (15) days at the Haraj site, the committee has the right to sell it again. 11- The sold car is irreversible. 12- The buyer bears all the expenses resulting from the purchase of the car, such as ownership transfer, periodic inspection and any other expenses.
