His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Fahad Al-Sharekh, opened this morning, Monday, May 6, 2024, the "Vision March" exhibition, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs to review the pillars of the Saudi Vision 2030 and its achievements, the level of qualitative progress in various indicators of its national programs and initiatives, and the university's efforts in activating a number of its targets, in the presence of the UQU Vice President for Financial and Technical Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saawi, and the UQU Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Fahad Al-Ahmad, with the participation of male and female students at the main headquarters in the University City.
The exhibition contains 41 corners that include the speeches of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Highness the Crown Prince, His Highness the Emir of Qassim Region, and His Highness the Deputy Emir of Qassim Region - may God protect them - about the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in addition to corners that highlight the pillars of the vision, which are "a vibrant society, a prosperous economy, and an ambitious homeland."
The "Vision March" exhibition includes many artworks that embody Vision 2030 projects, visual presentations on the achievements of the vision, in addition to the university's qualitative programs that contribute to educating male and female students in understanding the principles of the vision, a corner on the Kingdom among the most competitive countries, and a corner that provides an overview of the performance of the vision's programs.
The exhibition highlights the contributions of Qassim University and its efforts in activating a number of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, reviewing the university's achievements at the local and international levels, in addition to a corner entitled "A Sustainable Approach Towards a Green University" that shows the initiatives implemented by the university as part of its contribution to the Green Saudi initiative, the corner of the summer club launched by the university to contribute to achieving Saudi Vision 2030, the quality of life program, and the student volunteering corner that reviews the most prominent student achievements in the field of volunteering.
