The Clinical Simulation Center at the University Medical City has received two new accreditations from the American Heart Association, as part of the center's efforts to improve healthcare standards and raise awareness of the importance of first aid and lifesaving in the community.
The American Heart Association (AHA) accreditation program, which includes the Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Adult Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AACLS) courses, as well as the American Heart Association (AHA) accreditation for Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses, further enhancing the center's ability to offer a variety of courses for all age groups.
It is noteworthy that the center has organized nearly 201 training courses in the fields of life support since its opening in late 2022, including basic and advanced courses for adults and children, and the total number of trainers in the center is 13 certified trainers, with a total of more than 1000 training courses, in an effort to enhance ambulance and healthcare skills in various fields, and Medical City continues to develop and expand the center's training programs to meet the growing needs of the medical community.
