The university, represented by the Medical City, provided health services to more than 134,000 beneficiaries from the region during 2023, with more than 110,000 beneficiaries benefiting from the university hospital, in addition to 24,000 beneficiaries from the services of the university's dental hospital.
In 2023, the medical city performed more than 1,300 surgical operations and non-surgical medical interventions, provided 165,000 laboratory services, 137,000 pharmaceutical services, and 40,000 radiology services, through 78 specialties and more than 300 specialty clinics.
On the other hand, the University Dental Hospital carried out 101 dental implants and 134 orthodontic procedures for the beneficiaries, in addition to treating the teeth of 1639 children, performing 2573 oral surgeries, treating 2910 cases of periodontal diseases, 5382 dental replacements, 5028 root canals, and 5254 conservative treatments, and 942 cases of primary care and dental emergency clinics and 357 cases in the oral health clinic benefited from the specialized clinics.
It is worth mentioning that the University Medical City is the first specialized academic medical city in Qassim region, located on a strategic location among the governorates of the region and is among the largest medical communities emerging in light of the keenness and constant interest of the wise government (may Allah protect it) in providing health care and comprehensive specialized medical services, to achieve the adequacy and quality of services for service seekers and to meet the growing need for specialized medical services in the region, as it aspires to provide distinguished medical care and continue its efforts in meeting the highest standards set by the Joint International Accreditation Authority responsible for preparing and monitoring the standards of excellence and
