The university announced its need to fill a number of vacant positions on the self-employment program in the veterinary hospital for those who meet the conditions and qualifications by applying on the portal starting from Thursday, 18/1/2024, for a period of four days.
The advertised positions include Consultant Veterinarian for Infectious Diseases (men), Consultant Veterinarian for Laboratory Analysis (men), Consultant Veterinarian for Pet Diseases (men), Consultant Veterinarian for Surgery (men), Consultant Veterinarian for Obstetrics and Fetal Transfer (men), and Veterinarian Specialist for Pets (women).
The university specified the conditions that must be met by applicants for these positions: The applicant must be of Saudi nationality, and the scientific qualification for the positions of veterinary consultant must not be less than a doctorate in the fields of veterinary medicine, and the scientific qualification for the positions of veterinary doctor must not be less than a bachelor's degree in the fields of veterinary medicine, and the university requires that the number of years of experience to fill the position of veterinary consultant must not be less than five years after the qualification in the field of specialization for the position applied for, and the number of years of experience to fill the position of veterinary doctor must not be less than three years after the qualification in the field of specialization for the position applied for, for the position of veterinarian must not be less than three years after the qualification in the field of specialization for the position applied for.
The conditions also include taking the General Abilities Test (Qiyas), passing the written test with a minimum score of 70%, not holding a government job, and being medically fit, in addition to the applicant's obligation, if nominated for the job, to bring a clearance from the General Organization for Social Insurance or Human Resources within 10 days.
