His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Faisal bin Turki bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of Qassim Region, congratulated Prof. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of Qassim University, on the occasion of the university's achievement of first place in the Global Open Education Week competition, among more than 80 governmental, private and non-profit entities in the Kingdom that participated in the competition supervised by the National Center for e-Learning.
