UQU organizes a workshop to introduce the transformation system for the three semesters

The university, represented by the Deanship of Admissions and Registration, organized a remote workshop this morning, Monday 24/1/1444 AH, titled "Introduction to the Three-Semester System Transformation," via a live broadcast on the university's official Twitter account and the General Administration of Media and Communication. The workshop was presented by Dr. Fahd bin Suleiman Al-Ahmad, Dean of the Deanship of Admissions and Registration, Professor Dr. Saleh bin Suleiman Al-Huwairini, Dean of the Deanship of Educational Services, and Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Abu Al-Haj, Vice Dean of the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.

 

The workshop aimed to introduce the trimester system from an academic perspective, the study mechanism in the preparatory year according to the trimester system, and the most prominent academic proposals to overcome academic problems in adding and dropping courses, academic achievements, and rewards, as well as variables related to the duration of university study, study plans, and graduate placement.

 

During the workshop, attendees were also given the opportunity to ask questions and have their inquiries addressed by the workshop speakers. All topics related to the semester system were clarified, as part of the university's efforts to prepare for the transition to the three-semester system.
