To fill these positions, the university stipulated that the applicant must be of Saudi nationality, and that the educational qualification must not be less than a bachelor's degree in computer specialties and computer engineering, as well as the years of experience for the position of specialist must not be less than three years, and the applicant must not hold a government job, and must be medically fit, and if nominated for the job, a clearance from the General Organization for Social Insurance or the Ministry of Human Resources within 10 days is required.
The university also required the applicant to have experience in the following technical work environments: The technical environment for networking functions (Cisco, Aruba), the technical environment for the information security department (Cisco, Trend Micro, Palo Alto), the technical environment for the software department (PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Oracle), and the technical environment for the operating department (Windows Server, Linux, Red hat, SQL Server.
Oracle, MySQL, and the data center technical environment (Dell OME - Open Manage Essentials, Dell iDrac Management, NTI - Environmental Monitoring System, Dell EMC Storage Management tools).
The university provided a number of guidelines for applicants for these positions, in which it emphasized that the applicant must ensure that his qualifications and experience match as specified, and is fully responsible for the correctness of all data he enters, and in the event of incorrect data, the applicant bears responsibility for this, including excluding the application and not entering the differentiation, and stressed the importance of keeping the application number, and the applicant is responsible for the correctness of the means of communication registered in the application and viewing them to follow up his application, in addition to the applicant's commitment to attend the specified dates that will appear on the site or through communication means, and the applicant is responsible for delay or non-attendance.
