His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, advised the new faculty members to be careful, attentive, and good in dealing with male and female students, saying: "I recommend you to the male and female students well, because what is given to the students at this stage will have a great impact on their working life, and good dealing with them will be reflected in the performance inside the classroom."
This came during his speech on Sunday, 4/6/1442 A.H., at the opening of the three-day training program organized by the University Vice Presidency for Planning, Development and Quality, organized by the Leadership and Capacity Development Center, with the attendance of 40 members of both sexes, remotely.
His Excellency expressed pride in this country and its wise leadership, which the internal and external media witnessed, praise be to God, wisdom and firmness in all situations, the last of which was the successful management of the Corona pandemic crisis with high quality professionalism, explaining that this is what we have known from the Kingdom's leaders since its establishment until our current era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman - may God protect them - working for the country and the citizen.
Al-Dawood added in his speech to the new faculty members: I recommend you to your country well, and to avoid matters that are outside the course, and make sure that the students understand what this country is, and what is the greatness of this kingdom, whose evidence and proofs reveal day after day its strength, firmness and wisdom in its decisions and vision, pointing out that the university, with its men, is taking great steps towards upgrading all services provided, thanks to God, then with the unlimited support it receives from our wise government, and the continuous support, encouragement and follow-up it receives from His Highness the Emir of Qassim Region and His Highness the Vice President.
The university president emphasized that this training is a renewal of the thinking, practice and understanding of the new faculty members, indicating that all university affiliates are one integrated team that participates in decision-making, calling on everyone to participate in putting forward ideas with the scientific department they belong to, colleges, the university administration and its agencies, pointing out that communication with him is available to everyone through e-mail, and all proposals and ideas sent by university affiliates are put on the table and discussed to benefit the university, its students and affiliates, and their colleagues are happy to communicate, participate and interact with you
After that, the Supervisor of the Leadership and Capacity Development Center, Dr. Walid Al-Abdulmonem, welcomed the participants to the program, explaining that the center holds such a program at the beginning of each semester, and aims to make the faculty member aware of the university's development vision, plan and programs. This program also helps the new faculty member to adapt practically and participate in university works and activities, introduce the new faculty member to the scientific research programs at the university to enable him to contribute to the research processes, learn about the services provided by the university to its employees, and know his rights and duties in order to serve the work objectives
