With an agreement amounting to more than one million riyals for the first phase

The university recently witnessed the signing of the first joint cooperation agreement between the colleges of Unaiza and the university through the signing of educational services contracts between Unaiza Community Colleges represented by Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Shitiwi, member of the Board of Directors and General Supervisor of the colleges, and Dr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Luhaidan, Dean of the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services at Qassim University, under which the university, through its colleges, prepares the study plans for the programs of the colleges of engineering and information technology and administrative and human sciences in accordance with the standards and models set by the National Authority for Academic Accreditation and Assessment and with local and international reference.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Engineering at Qassim University, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Marshoud, the Dean of the College of Economics and Administration, Dr. Obaid Al-Mutairi, the Dean of the College of Architecture and Planning, Dr. Mohammed Al-Marwai, and Prof. Abdullah Al-Khuraiji in charge of following up the preparation of study plans with the colleges, and from the side of Unaiza Colleges, Prof. Adnan bin Saud Al-Yahya, Assistant General Supervisor.
This agreement comes within the framework of the efforts exerted by the founders of Unaiza Ahlia Colleges to obtain general accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education and start studying in the next academic year 1436/1437 AH, as the colleges have completed the implementation of educational buildings, facilities and services affiliated with them on the campus, which is estimated at three hundred thousand square meters. The founders of the colleges are keen to provide quality programs that meet the aspirations of the Ministry and the surrounding community and contribute to bridging the gap in the labor market in the fields of engineering, computer, finance, business and human sciences
It is worth noting that the College of Engineering at Qassim University holds international accreditation from ABET, and the College of Economics and Management recently received initial international accreditation from AACSB, the International Association for the Advancement and Accreditation of Colleges of Business.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Salim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Onaiza Colleges, and Mr. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Shteiwi, General Manager of the company, on behalf of the founders of Onaiza Colleges, expressed their thanks and appreciation to Qassim University represented by His Excellency the President of the University for the blessed efforts made by the University in serving the emerging colleges in general and Onaiza Colleges in particular, and thanks to the Dean of the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services and deans of the concerned colleges for their fruitful cooperation in facilitating the stages of preparing study plans for Onaiza Ahliyyah Colleges.
It is noteworthy that the value of the contract for the preparation of study plans in the first phase amounted to one million two hundred and fifty thousand riyals.
