On Monday, 18/2/1442 A.H., the University, represented by the College of Education, held an open meeting with the Director General of Qassim Education, Mr. Muhammad bin Sulaiman Al-Furaih, entitled "The Role of the Education Administration in Enabling Teacher Leadership", as part of the two-day celebration organized by the college on the occasion of World Teacher's Day, entitled "Teachers: Leadership in Crises Reimagining the Future", under the slogan "Tebela".

During the meeting, Al-Furaih presented the procedures for enabling teacher leadership and creating a more motivating equation, which is creating the necessary conditions, increasing the effectiveness of the school, and increasing teacher satisfaction. He also explained the theme of World Teachers' Day, which came this year to highlight the leadership role of teachers in providing remote education, ensuring the mitigation of the effects of dropping out of education, resilience and shaping the future of education, referring to the theory that emphasizes and creates teacher leadership, which is human resources theory, which is concerned with creating the necessary conditions for successful work and leads to a better life for workers and more production.

Al-Furaih also explained that the influence of the human development movement emphasizes that most teachers have the ability to exercise responsibility and creativity better than their current work, as well as the role of the administration in creating a healthy environment that encourages teachers to give everything they have, creating a supportive and supportive atmosphere that encourages continuous participation, and an atmosphere in which the teacher feels empowered.
