Qassim University signed a cooperation agreement with Al-Manhal Technology Company to publish scientific and cultural content issued by Qassim University on Al-Manhal's platform and systems.

Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Wasel, UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Mr. Mohammed Attia Al-Shafei, Director of Content Development, represented the university during the signing, in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Luhaidan, Dean of the Institute of Consulting Studies and Services, and Dr. Yousef Al-Ruijai, Dean of Library Affairs,

The agreement included the preparation of a database of the university's publications of books, scientific journals, scientific conferences, and university theses by the company and publishing it on its electronic platform with the aim of expanding the exchange of knowledge, giving the largest number of researchers and interested parties the opportunity to view and benefit from the university's publications, and expanding the spread of the university's publications globally

For his part, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Wasl stressed the university's keenness to use international technological techniques for electronic publishing, which contributes to the spread of university publications to students and researchers and benefit from them in their scientific and research activities

Dr. Ibrahim Al-Luhaidan explained that the agreement will contribute to the dissemination of the scientific content of journals, books and university theses and benefit from them by researchers scattered in different countries of the world, increase the impact factor and obtain global recognition and enhance the university's position in scientific research.

For his part, Dr. Yousef Al-Ruijai pointed out that the agreement aims to facilitate openness and cultural and scientific exchange between higher education institutions, universities and scientific and research centers.
