The university will hold its annual graduation ceremony for the seventeenth batch, which will take an exceptional form this year, as the ceremony will be held "virtually" next Sunday, 28/11/1441 AH, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, and will be moved from the main lobby of the university city, as part of the precautions and measures set by the Kingdom to limit the spread of the new Coronavirus.
The university's preparations for this ceremony began early by implementing a mechanism to distribute documents to students at their homes, after they entered their national address data, and then the university printed all the addresses and prepared the contents sent to the graduate, which consisted of: The graduation document, a scarf for the male student and an abaya for the female student, congratulations from the university on the occasion of graduation, an academic record for the male or female student, and an honorary degree for those who deserved it.
Preparations for the ceremony also included the distribution of 3,000 pashtas and 3,000 abayas with a total of 6,000 for all male and female graduates of the second semester, and all documents were delivered to their homes for those who entered their national address correctly, and the graduation ceremony will be broadcast on Ain satellite channel and the university's digital platforms in addition to video communications with graduates.
