The University, represented by the Deanship of Community Service, concluded yesterday, Thursday, 28/5/1441 A.H., the secretarial course for public security personnel, which was launched on Sunday, 24/5/1441 A.H., at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce in Buraidah, and benefited 65 male and female trainees.
The course, presented by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Omar, addressed the importance of secretarial work, the tasks and duties of the secretary, the role of the secretary in facilitating the tasks of the manager, the skills and knowledge required for creativity in secretarial work, in addition to the importance of mastering electronic applications and programs for secretarial work.
The Dean of the Deanship of Community Service, Prof. Dr. Fahd bin Ibrahim Al-Dale', said that this course comes within the programs and services provided by the university to all segments of society in the Qassim region, which aims to develop the skills and abilities of the target groups in order to contribute to raising the job level of employees of various sectors, pointing out that the university abounds with competencies, expertise and specialists in all fields, enabling it to provide many quality programs specialized for the people of the region in all their segments. The course was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Majid bin Hamad Al-Bahiji, who thanked the university at the end of the course for its keenness to provide service.
