The generous royal decree appointing His Royal Highness Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz as Crown Prince is an extension of the insightful vision of the wise leadership, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince. This leadership understands that clarity in the succession of the ruling family in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the most important guarantees for future stability in all aspects, both domestically and internationally. It is also one of the main reasons for preserving the great achievements that have been and will be realized for the Kingdom, God Almighty willing. .
Prince Muqrin is an experienced statesman who possesses the prudence and tact that make him eminently worthy of this sensitive position. He is distinguished by many personal qualities, including his background in the Royal Saudi Air Force and his rich administrative experience in the Emirate of the Ha'il region, where he served for nearly twenty years. He was an example of a successful and beloved prince, and the region witnessed administrative leaps during his tenure, especially concerning food security and agricultural development. He then served as the Emir of the Medina region for approximately six years, where he was a model of a reformist and developmental administrator. During his time, a major shift towards advanced electronic transactions began, yielding remarkable results. Subsequently, he assumed the position of head of General Intelligence and remained in that role for seven years, which provided him with a broad perspective on global developments and the mechanisms for dealing with international trends.
This was then crowned by his work as an advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, his special envoy, and second deputy prime minister, placing him close to the decision-making circle at the highest level of the state. .
The integration of his administrative personality, through his knowledge of local administration during his work in the Emiriates of the Regions and his international awareness during his work in the General Intelligence Presidency, has prepared him to be one of the important figures in the leadership of this blessed country and a strong aid to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the upcoming period.
In addition to His Highness being a wise statesman, he possesses many personal qualities that have made him a beloved figure. This is due to his social intelligence in dealing with all segments of society, his noble character, his great humility, his love for justice among all, and his ever-present smile. .
