The Intellectual Awareness Unit at the university held a meeting with its representatives in the university's colleges for boys and girls yesterday, Wednesday, 19/1/1441 A.H., in the theater of medical clinics in the university city, to review what has been achieved in the past stage, and to put forward some opinions and proposals that serve the interest of the unit in the next stage.
Prof. Dr. Fahad Al-Dalei, Assistant Supervisor of the Intellectual Awareness Unit, reviewed during his management of the meeting what was achieved in the previous period, where he touched on preparing the infrastructure of the Intellectual Awareness Unit to receive senior visitors and senior guests and equipping the training hall at the highest levels, in addition to talking about the events that were achieved in the Intellectual Awareness Unit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the national security threats course by Dr. Bassam Attia, spokesman at the Presidency of State Security.
The meeting also discussed the most important things that will be accomplished in the coming period, including the permanent exhibition, periodic meetings and conferences that target all university students in the Kingdom, as well as training courses that target the students of the university colleges and invitations to official bodies in the Qassim region, after which the discussion was opened for all questions from the representatives of the colleges and methods of communication between them and the Intellectual Awareness Unit.
He emphasized to the representatives of the colleges on the need to be keen on documenting, preparing reports, and activating the awareness role in the corridors of the colleges through seminars, lectures, and publishing banners under the umbrella of the unit to raise the level of intellectual awareness among male and female students, while innovating awareness methods that coincide with the educational basics for our male and female students
