On Thursday morning, the University, represented by the Office of Alumni Affairs and Professional Development, held a seminar entitled "CV Writing and Job Search Skills" at Al-Malidah University City in the Graduate Studies Hall in the Economics and Administration Building for male students, and in the College of Business Hall for female students.
The seminar, which was presented by Mr. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Turki, Director of the Human Resources Department at Al-Nasser Group, and attended by 50 students, included several topics: "Defining the career goal, joining the job, building a resume, job search mechanism, job interview and preparing for it."
The seminar addressed the student's path towards obtaining a job, starting from identifying the job for the university student, through the method of drafting a resume, and ending with acceptance in the job. The seminar also touched on the prohibitions to avoid during the personal interview, as well as the most important employment channels and ways to pass the job interview.
