The course aims to enable the student to design, implement, and analyze physical exercise routines aimed at developing basic physical qualities, with the ability to standardize physical load variables according to the principles of training science, and to employ appropriate tools and equipment to achieve physical performance goals. It also aims to qualify the student to lead applied training units with independent professional competence in the fields of sports training, motor education, and physical rehabilitation.
First: Knowledge and understanding:
1. The student explains the physiological and biomechanical bases of physical exercises and explains the principles of organizing physical load (FITT-VP), distinguishing the relationship between different physical qualities and the requirements of functional motor performance.
The student distinguishes between types and objectives of physical exercises, analyzes their motor and functional components, and classifies appropriate training tools for each training objective in different performance contexts.
II: Skills:
The student designs precisely guided physical exercises to develop specific physical qualities, and quantifies the training variables according to the FITT-VP principles, in a way that suits the target group.
The student performs physical exercises using appropriate tools and equipment while adhering to the requirements of technical performance, movement control, breathing, and intensity progression.
The student evaluates exercise performance in terms of motor accuracy, rhythm consistency, and achievement of the training goal. They suggest modifications to improve execution quality using performance analysis tools, such as video recording or structured observation.
III: Values, autonomy and responsibility:
The student is responsible for carrying out exercises within a team, actively participating in their design and implementation, and adhering to roles and timelines.
2. The student provides constructive technical feedback to their peers and employs kinesthetic and verbal communication skills to improve performance in a safe learning environment.
