Organizational Behavior in Sports Organizations

Course Description: This course examines human behavior in sports organizations in order to understand this behavior and its causes, and to determine the appropriate ways to control and direct it. It also covers the individual determinants of human behavior, including management, motivation, learning, values, and attitudes. Additionally, it addresses the group determinants of behavior, group dynamics, formation, and management methods, as well as the administrative skills, abilities, and techniques required to achieve organizational effectiveness, which include communication, leadership, conflict management, change management, and work stress.
