The course "Principles of Exercises and Their Applications (1)" aims to enable students to acquire the fundamental skills related to performing and organizing physical exercises. This is achieved through mastering preparatory movements, original and derived static and dynamic positions, and developing the ability to scientifically write individual exercises and provide the accompanying verbal commands for performance. The course also aims to establish a motor and skill-based foundation that will later qualify students to systematically apply physical exercises to develop various physical qualities within advanced courses in the academic program.
First: Knowledge and understanding:
The student explains the basic concepts of physical exercise and distinguishes between normal movements and systematic exercises.
2. The student classifies different physical positions and explains the technical terms associated with them.
The student analyzes the relationship between basic introductory movements and organized motor performance in physical exercises with a simplified initial analysis.
II: Skills:
The student applies basic preparatory movements and physical postures with correct motor efficiency.
The student designs simplified individual exercises using correct positions and terminology, and gives the accompanying motor command.
3. The student evaluates basic motor performance in terms of technical accuracy and coordination, and provides initial corrective feedback.
III: Values, autonomy and responsibility:
1. The student actively collaborates within the three-person training groups, adhering to the roles of coach, trainee, and observer.
The student bears individual responsibility during the performance of various roles, demonstrating commitment to professional conduct and discipline.
