3. It addresses narrative differences according to the methodology of objective modern hadith studies.
4- Writes a complete scientific research paper in a contemporary, objective study using advanced technical methods.
5. It applies hadith to historical events according to the correct scientific methodology.

Course Topics:
Introduction to the course including:
A- Definition of Thematic Hadith, its status, importance, and reasons for its appearance, and the difference between it and Analytical Hadith.
B- Discussion of: The emergence of the thematic hadith genre, the phases and stages it went through, its historical roots, and a presentation of the most important works in it from the era of the Successors and thereafter, with an explanation of the methodologies of the authors in them and highlighting their characteristics and methods.
Speaking about:
● Differences between subject classification in earlier periods and subject classification in contemporary studies.
● Reasons for the emergence of fabricated hadith in its contemporary form
Clarification of contemporary efforts in authoring on thematic hadith, whether individual efforts, institutions, scientific centers, or postgraduate studies in universities.
d. Statement of the sections of thematic Hadith, which can be summarized into two sections:
● Part One: Thematic Study, which is based on collecting specific hadiths on a particular subject of study. It has two branches:
First branch: Investigative, which means collecting all the hadiths on the subject from all the books of Sunnah.
Second branch: Limited, which means collecting hadith on a specific topic from a limited number of books, such as the Six Books or the Nine Books.
Section Two: Thematic Study of a Single Hadith, which means collecting narrations of a single hadith, along with joining hadiths with the same meaning.
A study of the practical steps for preparing a thematic Hadith research, which can be summarized as follows:
A- Choosing the topic, developing the concept for the thematic unit, and then formulating the title and related skills.
B. Compiling hadiths related to the topic, the means to assist with that, and utilizing modern technology for it.
C- Arranging hadiths thematically, and what this requires for the researcher to be familiar with the methodology of the imams in classifying hadiths into chapters.
D- Hadith authentication and evaluation.
H - State what is needed to understand the vocabulary of Hadith.
and the fiqh (jurisprudence) of the Hadith and what it contains of benefits and rulings related to the subject of study, and the removal of any apparent contradictions between the Hadiths.
Connecting hadiths thematically.
Formulating objective discourse has two general methods:
A- First method: Dividing the work in each hadith or hadith unit into main headings, which are as follows:
● Hadith text.
Strange hadith and explanation of its vocabulary.
Hadith authentication.
Studying hadith and judging it.
Figh al-Hadith.
B- The second method: Mixing the previous elements in a formulation where the researcher starts from the meaning of the hadith and fulfills it in his own style in light of it, without dividing it as in the first method. This method requires the following:
Opening phrases a researcher uses to access the meaning of a Hadith.
The text of the hadith or hadiths under study while formulating the meaning.
● Clarification of the unusual and what needs explanation from the text of the hadith in the margin.
● Hadith authentication and ruling in the footnote.
Discuss everything related to the topic of discussion at the core of the research, and ignore other implications outside the scope of the study.
Choosing contemporary thematic research models that are appropriate and presenting them to students as a guiding light for their thematic studies.
Each male and female student is assigned to write a research paper on topical hadith, in which the student applies what they have studied in this subject so that the skill of writing on topical hadith is firmly established, and each paper is discussed in the classroom by the professor and the students.
