Book of Felonies
Ibn Mas'ud does not permit the blood of a Muslim who testifies that there is no god but Allah.

Chapter on Blood Money
4. Abu Bakr ibn Hazm: If a grown man who is a believer is killed, and it is proven by evidence, then he is to be retaliated against.

15. Jabir said: "What intoxicates in large amounts is forbidden in small amounts.".

16. Abu Burda al-Ansari does not whip more than ten lashes except in a prescribed punishment of Allah.
Book of Foods:
In eating the meat of some animals.
17. Ibn Abbas forbade everything with fangs and everything with claws.
18. Jabir forbade the eating of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaybar.
19. Asma bint Abi Bakr said: We slaughtered a horse during the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and we ate it.
Ibn Abbas ate the dab on the table of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).
Book of Hunting and Slaughtering:
21. 'Uday ibn Hatim: If you send your dog, mention the name of Allah over it.

23. Anas said the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to sacrifice two horned, speckled rams.
24. Al-Bara' ibn 'Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Four things are not permissible in sacrificial animals: one-eyed with the defect apparent.

Samrah bin Jundab narrated that every child is mortgaged by its *aqiqah*, which is sacrificed on its behalf on the seventh day.
The Book of Oaths and Vows
26. Ibn 'Umar reported that Allah forbids you from swearing by your fathers.
27. Abdur-Rahman bin Samurah: If you swear an oath and then see something else that is better than it...
28. Ibn Umar, if someone takes an oath and says, "Insha'Allah" (if God wills), then there is no breaking of the oath upon him.
29. Ibn Umar reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, forbade vows and said, "They do not bring anything good.".
30. Ibn Abbas asked Sa'd ibn Ubadah about a vow his mother had made... fulfill it.
Book of Jurisprudence
31. The judge is appointed three times: two are in hell and one is in paradise.
32. Amr ibn al-As: If a ruler rules, strives, and then is correct, he has two rewards.
33. Umm Salamah: You bring your disputes to me, and perhaps one of you is more persuasive in his argument than the other.
The people who appointed a woman as their leader will never succeed.
35. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed the one who bribes and the one who accepts the bribe.

36. Zayd ibn Khalid: Shall I not inform you of the best of martyrs who comes forward with the testimony before...
