Course Description: This course covers the origins, development, and concept of cognitive psychology, the concept of cognitive structure, its importance, its relationship to long-term memory, and its role in learning. It also covers basic cognitive processes (attention, perception, memory, metacognition), thinking styles, cognitive methods and strategies, language, and learning and learning styles.

The course aims to:

They will also understand its relationship with other psychological sciences, grasp the role of mental processes such as attention, perception, memory, thinking, language, learning, and metacognition in information processing. Furthermore, they will learn about the effectiveness and methods of training cognitive skills and strategies, and the importance of recognizing learners' learning styles and thinking styles.
