The main objective of the course: The course aims to equip male and female students with the necessary knowledge, information, and skills to provide students with an in-depth understanding of theories and models of classroom behavior management and control, and then to develop the student's ability and skill to apply some of those models or design an integrated and appropriate model for classroom behavior management.
The student will learn about classroom behavior management models and theories such as: Skinner's model, Berne and Harris's model, Dobson's model, Canter's model, Jones's model, Dreikurs's model, Glasser's model, and Gordon's model.
To mention the causes of violence and aggressive behavior problems in schools, how to prevent them, and methods of dealing with them.
To have students understand the concepts of cognitive, moral, psychological, and social development in classroom management.
To analyze research related to undesirable behavior (violence and aggressive behavior problems in schools): its causes, prevention, and management.
The student applies the concepts of cognitive, moral, psychological, and social development in classroom management.
