Course Description: Nursing Human Resource Management is an elective course that aims to introduce students to the strategic role of Human Resource Management. In Human Resource Management, organizations make decisions for hiring, training, and how to reward employees. Since managers are responsible for selection, training, performance management, and compensation decisions, students, as future employees and managers, should be trained to understand their responsibilities related to Human Resource Management and to consider issues pertinent to Human Resource Management.
