Course Description: This course addresses topics related to the concept of services marketing due to its importance in today's business environment and the factors influencing it. It also focuses on understanding key marketing decisions related to services marketing and how to direct them within an effective marketing framework. The course provides an introduction to the characteristics of services, their components, and buyer behavior for them. Additionally, this course presents an explanation of service design and development strategies and how to effectively manage the marketing mix through the presentation of some business models and cases.

Objectives of the course :

The student will be able to distinguish between the basic concepts related to the function of marketing in modern organizations. And apply the acquired knowledge from service marketing topics.
