Course Description: This course covers the legal foundations of labor law, explains its rules and methods for drafting employment contracts, and outlines the means for resolving labor disputes.

Objectives of the course :

The objective of studying this course is to introduce the student to and familiarize them with the labor system, its scope of application, the formation of employment contracts, their effects on the employer or employee, the termination of employment contracts, and the methods of resolving labor disputes. This course also aims to familiarize the student with the rules and provisions of the Social Insurance System, its scope of application, especially those related to work injuries, unemployment, old age, disability, and dismissal. This is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the regulations issued in this regard.

The student will know the general principles governing labor law in accordance with the Saudi Labor System.
