Course Description: This course includes an introduction to the science of jurisprudential rules (the reality of jurisprudential rules, their types, and their importance), the origin of the rules and inferring from them and methodologies of their compilation, and a study of the five major jurisprudential rules.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
a. It is identified by the science of jurisprudential rules, its importance, its fruits, and its methodologies of compilation.
b. Analyzes some jurisprudential rules and their examples, and their contemporary applications.
c. Acquires skills in dealing with jurisprudential rules and benefiting from them.

1- It defines the truth of jurisprudential rules.
2. It mentions the types of jurisprudential rules and their importance.
3- It describes the jurisprudential rules branching from the five major comprehensive principles.
4- Summarizes the origin of rules and reasoning with them, and methodological approaches to compilation.

1- Analyzes religious texts and distinguishes between them and jurisprudential rules.
Draws jurisprudential rulings for emergent issues based on jurisprudential rules.
Balances jurisprudential rules and jurisprudential controls.

9- Rule: (The abrogation of juristic rulings due to the change of times is undeniable). 10- Rule: (Legal permissibility negates liability).
